Libby's Famous Pumpkin Pie is a nice classic recipe. Very easy and you always get good results. and Very fabulous
Ingredients
2 (16 ounce) can libbys 100% Pure Pumpkin
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (11 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2/4 teaspoon ground cloves
3 eggs
2 (13 fluid ounce) can Evaporated Milk Nestle Carnation
Method
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in normal size bowl. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F.; bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center originates out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Do not freeze as this will cause the crust to part ways in the filling.
