Ingredients 

Nonstick cooking spray

1 (12-ounce) cari buttermilk biscuits

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1’/2 tablespoons honey mustard

12 ham cubes, diced 3/4-IflCh

36 Cheddar cheese cubes

Method 

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Coat a standard muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside. Place a biscuit in each of 10 sections.

3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Stir until well blended.

4. Using thumbs, press down to make a deep indentation ¡n each of the biscuits. 

5. Spoon equal amounts of the mayonnaise mixture in each, about 1 teaspoon per biscuit. Top with 1 han cube and 3 cheese cubes.

6. Place muffin tin on foil-lined oven rack.

7. Bake until biscuits are golden, puffed slightly and overflowing with cheese, about 12 minutes.

8. Remove from oven and let stand 3 minutes before removing from tins. Serve while hot. Makes 10 blobs
