Ingredients:
0.5 kg of mushroom,

butter,

Method:
Vermicelli cooked as usual in salted water, throws in a colander and washed with water.
Mushrooms chopped and stewed in butter, adding a little water for 30 minutes, then they are mixed with pasta, add sour cream, raw eggs, salt and pepper.
