Prep Time: 15 min. Freeze Time: 30 min.
Ingredients:
15 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided
6 tablespoons ice cream or sherbet, slightly softened
Method:
Finely chop 3 cookies; set aside.
Spoon 1 tablespoon ice cream or sherbet onto each of 6 cookies; top with remaining 6 cookies to form sandwiches.
Quickly roll in chopped cookies. Place on waxed-paper- lined baking sheet; freeze 30 minutes or until firm. Wrap in plastic wrap to store in freezer. Makes 6 ice cream
sandwiches.
