The Peanut Butter Mallow Candy Recipe I like to use one bag each of either semi sweet OR dark chocolate chips and a bag of the Reese's chips. My family absolutely loves these. You can also make pieces out of this by dropping heaping tablespoons on wax paper. Great kids addition to cookie platters.

Ingredients:
1 (10.5 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup chopped peanuts
3/4 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup butter (no substitutes)
2 (10 ounce) packages peanut butter or butterscotch chips
Method:
In a microwave or double boiler, heat chips, butter and peanut butter until melted.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread into a lightly greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
NOTE:
Try this recipe with the french vanilla marshmallows.
