Mediterranean Vegetable Medley Salad

Mediterranean Vegetable Medley Salad Recipe olives oregano and feta cheese make the simple to prepare mediterranean dish extraordinary.

Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES Butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, cut in half
3/4 cup small cherry tomatoes, cut ¡n half
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, ¡f desired

Method:
