Marinate and Sauces Chicken Wings

Marinate and Sauces Chicken Wings Recipe is a traditional restaurant buffalo wings of Asian inspired chicken wings the smoked or grilled recipes will fill your craving.

Ingredients:
3 dried bay leaves, crushed finely
1/2 tsp caraway seeds, ground
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp yellow mustard powder
2 tsp hungarian sweet paprika
1 tsp thyme, chopped finely
1 chile pepper, seeds removed and chopped finely
2 tbs lime juice
2 tbs brandy
2 tbs vegetable oil
12 chicken wings
Kosher salt

Method:
Preheat Oven to 375 F

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a food processor and process into a paste.

Place wings on a baking sheet and brush on all sides with paste. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Remove wings from the refregirator and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes

Serve wings with chili sauce, sweet and sour sauce, barbecue sauce or salsa.
