Frosted white chocolate Easter cake

Frosted white chocolate Easter cake Recipe it was a hit. I used two smaller tins and sandwiched them together with some of the frosting before covering the whole lot and topping with mini eggs. cake for Easter's day.

Ingredients:
¼ tsp Soda bicarbonate
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 Eggs (beaten)
140 g  White chocolate
250 ml Milk
250 g white flour
250 g Butter a little extra for greasing
300 g Castor sugar

Frosting:
85 g Butter
100 g Icing sugar
300 g Philadelphia cheese
Small eggs to decorate

Method:
Before you start making frosted white chocolate Easter cake, preheat the oven at 160 degree C.

Take a cake tin and grease it with a little butter. Now in a small sauce pan add milk, vanilla extract, butter, white chocolate and heat it.

Keep stirring it gentle till it melts.  In a large bowl, add sugar, flour, soda bicarb and a pinch of salt.

Mix well and then pour the melted sauce and the eggs in it and mix well till it becomes smooth. Your frosted white chocolate Easter cake batter is ready.

Pour it in the cake tin and bake it for 1 hour. Later check with a knife if it comes out clean. Once done, allow it to cool. Now for the frosting, in a bowl add the Philadelphia cheese, icing sugar and butter.

Beat it till it turns smooth. With a spatula spread it over the cake and cover the sides as well.

Decorate it with small colored Easter eggs. Now your frosted white chocolate Easter cake is ready. Make your Easter special by preparing this Easter delicacy.
