Preston Hotel Barton Granges Restaurant Nominated For Top Dining Awards 2011 Barton Grange’s The Walled Garden in Preston, Lancashire has been nominated in the Hi-Life Dining Awards.
The highly respected bistro will compete against some of the UK and Ireland’s best restaurants for the highly coveted Dining Award in the Best Overall Restaurant category.
The Preston Hotel will now have to sit and wait for the 100,000 members to cast their deciding votes.
Ian Topping, Managing Director at Barton Grange Hotel, said: “We have put a lot of time, effort and money into updating the Walled Garden, making it a much more ‘now’ Bistro Wine Bar and are obviously delighted to have become recognised as one of the top restaurants in the North West.”
The awards ceremony, in association with Secured Mail, will be presented by BBC Northwest Tonight presenter Gordon Burns, and will take place on the 28th January at The Hilton Deansgate, in Manchester.

The Hi-Life Dining Awards started in 2000 and recognises the best of the UK’s restaurant talent.
