Ingredients 

1 6 oz. package semi sweet chocolate chips

2 Tbls. butter

1 egg, beaten

3 cups multi-colored mini marshmallows

1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Confectioner’s Sugar

Method 

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. 

Remove from heat. Add beaten egg, mix well. Mix marshmallows and nuts (if using) in a large bowl. 

Pour chocolate over marshmallow and nuts, mix well. 

Divide mixture in half. On waxed paper sprinkled with confectioner’s sugar, shape each half into a roll approximately 8 inches long. 

Chill several hours. Slice to serve. Makes two rolls.
