Ingredients
4 cups flour
1 pound butter
1 cup of water
Mix and chill over night.
1 pound Almond paste
2 cups sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 t vanilla
Method
Mix and chill over night.
The next morning roll out dough and spread paste over the top of the dough.
Roll the dough up like a jellyroll. Brush with egg white.
Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 rolls.
