Ingredients
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
1 tablespoon clark
sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
substitute *
1/4 teaspoon ground
allspice
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/ teaspoon salt
4 cups packed Spring
greens (about 4 ounces)
½ medium pear, unpeeled, sliced (about 3 ounces)
½ cup red onion, thinly
sliced (about 1 ounce)
1/4 cup dried, sweetened cherries
2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
Method
1. Combine ‘ìinegar. oil, sugar substitute, allspice, pepper flakes arid salt n a jar.. Secure lid. Shake to blend.
2. Arrange greens, pear onion and cherries on four salad plates. Top with equal amounts dressing and cheese. Makes 4 servings
