Olive Salad

Olive Salad Quick, easy, healthy and yummy. Really tasty and easy dish will make it again.

Ingredients
For 4 servings
250 g black olives
150 g green olives
1 fresh red chili pepper
8 garlic cloves
1 large fennel bulb with Green
2 untreated oranges
Salt and freshly ground pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil

Method 
1 The olive stone and in a salad bowl . Give The chilli pepper clean, Wash and halve, remove the stalk and the seeds and finely chop.

2 garlic cloves peel, halve and finely chop. Mix with the chilli cubes in the olive.

3 fennel and clean, wash, cut the delicate fennel greens, shake dry and set aside for garnish . Lay Cut the fennel into very small cubes, mix well with the olives.

4 oranges, wash with hot water, then dry and peel of 1 orange finely rub. 

5.Squeeze orange and then stir the orange juice with the orange peel. Season with salt and pepper and beat the oil underneath.

6 remaining orange peel fillet, and add to the salad ingredients.

7 with the salad dressing and mix well. Salad can be drawn about 30 minutes and garnish with the fennel leaves.
