Mustard BBQ Spareribs the taste is so elegant and very sausy barbecue.
Ingredients
For 4 servings
1.75 kg ribs (spare ribs)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons coarse-grain mustard
250 ml tomato ketchup
3 garlic cloves
some Tabasco
Salt, pepper
Method
1 The ribs into pieces, each about 2-3 ribs and place in a large bowl.
2 For the marinade mix the sugar with the vinegar, mustard and ketchup.
3.Peel the garlic through a press and season to taste with Tabasco marinade. The ribs can marinate it for at least 4 hours.
4 can then cook on the grill around for about 30 minutes. Turn over several times and brush with the marinade. Season with salt and pepper.
