Ingredients 

Serves 6 to 8

1 kilo boiled kamote (sweet potatoes),

peeled and sliced into rounds

1 cup maple-flavored syrup

1 cup orange juice

1/4 cup butter

Method

Combine the kamote, syrup, orange juice and butter in an ovenproof dish. 

Bake in preheated 300°F oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
