Chicken Satay

Chicken Satay nice recipe and very yummy, taste good. Serve for your family and best friend, nice luxury grilling recipes

Serves: 4 Prep: I 0—15 mins, plus marinating
Cooking: 10 mins

Ingredients 
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
500 g (lib), thinly sliced into 2.5 x 5 cm
(I x 2 inch) strips

Marinade:
ground cinnamon I tablespoon
ground cumin I tablespoon
ground black pepper I teaspoon
oil l5Oml ( 1/2cup)
light soy sauce lOO ml (4 cup)
light brown sugar 2 tablespoons

To serve:
chopped raw onion
cucumber chunks
satay sauce

Method 
Mix all the marinade ingredients and coat the chicken pieces thoroughly Leave for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.

Thread the chicken pieces on to the skewers, leaving some space at either end, then cook, in batches, under a hot broiler for about 2 minutes, turning once. 

As you cannot see if the chicken is cooked through, test one piece (you can always broil it for a little longer if necessary).

Serve garnished with chopped raw onion and chunks of cucumber and a satay sauce.
