Caesar's Salad

Ingredients
For 4 servings
1 head, lettuce or romaine lettuce
2 slices white bread from the day before
175 g bacon
1 shallot
1 clove garlic
20 g butter
4 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons mustard
4 tablespoons honey
75 ml cream
Pepper, salt
2 tbsp chopped mixed herbs e.g. Dill, parsley
100 g Parmesan

Method
