Black Bean Dip

Black Bean Dip is a really nice dip, though only made in winter due to the availability of Bean Dip. Thanksgiving recipe.

Ingredients
1 can (15 to 16 ounces)
fat-free refried black
beans
cup chunky salsa
cup reduced-fat cream
cheese
½ cup (2 ounces)
shredded pepperjack
or Monterey Jack
cheese
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ cup chopped cilantro or green onion

Method 
Combine refried beans, salsa, cream cheese, cheese and cumin in 1 1/2-quart slow cooker. 

Cover and cook on HIGH for 1½ to 2 hours or until hot, stirring once after 1 hour, Stir in cilantro. (Dip will stay warm in covered slow cooker for 2 hours).

Makes 8 (¼-cup) servings Serving suggestion: Serve with baked corn tortilla chips and red, green and ye!low belI pepper strips.
