Oat Crust

Oat Crust works equally well with baked or unbaked cheesecakes, try to add any recipe

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
⅓ cup vegan butter substitute
⅓ cup water
¼ cup granulated sugar
*NUT FREE

Method
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and oil and flour a 9-inch pie pan or springform pan. 

Process the oats in a food processor or blender until coarsely ground. Add the vegan butter substitute, water, and sugar.

Pulse or stir until combined. Press into the prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool before filling.
