Coconut crust

Coconut crust is nice, Try Coconut crust with any of your favorite cheesecakes, whether they are baked or unbaked.

Ingredients 
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup shredded dried coconut
(sweetened or unsweetened)
¼ cup canola oil¼ cup water
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
(increase to ¼ cup if using unsweetened coconut)
*NUT FREE

Method 
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and oil and flour a 9-inch pie pan or springform pan.

Combine the oats and coconut in a food processor or blender and process until coarsely ground. Add the oil, water, and sugar and pulse or stir until combined.

Press into the prepared pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool before filling.
