Mango Shaved Ice

How to make MangoShaved Ice

Prep time: 10 minutes | Serves: 8-10

8 cups mango chunks
2 lemons, juices
¼ cup granulated sugar (or sugar substitute)
8-10 tbsp coconut milk

1. In a blender, add the mango chunks, lemon juice, and granulated
sugar (or substitute). Blend on high until smooth.

2. Pour the mango mix into a plastic container. Freeze for 1 hour.

3. Remove from the freezer and use a fork to scrape the frozen areas
until broken apart. Return the container to the freezer and continue
this method every half hour for at least 2 to 3 hours, or until the
mixture resembles shaved ice.

4. Before serving, scrape the frozen mixture again with a fork. Scoop into dessert bowls and drizzle with 1 tbsp of coconut milk per serving.
