How to make MangoShaved Ice

1. In a blender, add the mango chunks, lemon
juice, and granulated
sugar (or substitute). Blend on high until smooth.

2. Pour the mango mix into a plastic container.
Freeze for 1 hour.
3. Remove from the freezer and use a fork to
scrape the frozen areas
